Kothari believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has Therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 06hrs of placing an order. However the cancellation order will not be entertained if the order has been initiated for the process of shipping.
Kothari Hosiery will refund your amount in case of non-delivery of any item what you purchased.
Once the products have been delivered to customer safely, Kothari Hosiery will not replace the products or refund the money.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered to us is not received in proper condition/is damaged/defective,
or if the merchandise delivered in size is different from what you ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Prior to refund /replacement, customer needs to call our customer care for replacement of items or refund of money & to take confirmation on e-mail.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
