Cancellation Policy
At Kothari, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a flexible cancellation policy.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been processed for shipping.
- If the order is cancelled in Same day Till IST 12 A.M of placement, after dispatch, or if the order is refused upon delivery, a cancellation charge of either 2.5% of the order amount or Rs. 25/- (whichever is higher) will apply. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 5-7 business days for any cancellations. You can track the status of your refund on the Order Details page/section.
- Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform’s push notifications or other communication methods as outlined within these Terms or as determined by the Company.
Acceptable Of Order
- Subject to realization of Payment.
- Dispatch within sovereignty of India with postal connectivity.
- Orders from outside India will not be accepted, and delivery will not be available.

Return Policy:
To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on innerwear items, including:
- Vests, Briefs, Bras, Panties, Camisoles, Thermals, and Socks.
- Innerwear products are non-returnable and non-replaceable due to hygiene reasons.
For manufacturing defects:
- Any defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- No cancellations or refunds will be processed after this period.
We do accept returns for outerwear, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be purchased directly from www.kotharihosiery.com (only and not from other online or offline retailers).
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
- The product must be unused (except for a trial fit) and unwashed trims and packing intact.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes caused by the customer.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact and sent along with the product.
- The original invoice must be returned with the product.
- The product should be in a resaleable condition.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this cancellation policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
